I got the gastric by-pass surgery with Dr Clark. The entire staff was terrific. I recommend them to everyone. I'm a Store Manager at Blockbuster just down the road from thier office and send several friends and customers thier way. I think that WLC and CMH have completely changed my life. I feel Great and can keep up with my 3 boys, Zach, Zander, and Shane.

I feel truly blessed to have found weight loss surgery and Dr. Clark. I was morbidy obese and miserable at 292 lbs. and felt very much dead on the inside. I sat on the sidelines and merely existed in my own skin. Dr. Clark not only saved my life, but he gave me back my will to live. Having this surgery was the best decision I have ever made. I not only lost 130 pounds but I also found the person who was hiding for years behind that weight. I went from a size 26/28 to a size 8/10. I have a whole new outlook on life now. I have more energy for my kids and family and I dont have to worry about my kids being ashamed of me anymore. I thank God every day for Dr. Clark and the amazing gift he enabled me to give myself. Food will always be an issue, comfort food is no longer an option, but I have found that playing with my kids or running on the beach comforts me just as much if not more than all those comfort foods did for years. Like the saying goes - Eat to live dont Live to eat.

Dr Clark gave me my life back. I was at over 400lbs just before the surgery. I could not keep up with my children and was always exhausted. Now just over a year later I am down to 218lbs. I can play with my kids. Go to the park and actually chase them thru the slides and jungle gymn. Thanks so much to the whole staff at WLSC.

I was 57 years old, prediabetic, prehypertensive, cholesterol rising while on medication, severely depressed,and feeling like my life was over. With the support of my general practioner, I made an appointment at the WLSC and my life was changed forever. I had gastric bypass with Dr. Clark, and I never looked back. I did everything they told me to do, and as I began to feel better, that became the motivation to continue. I have lost over 135 lbs., gone from a size 3X to size 8. But the best part is my blood pressure is low normal, my blood sugar is 84 and my cholesterol is low normal without medication. I am in the gym 4 or 5 days a week, and this is a person who wouldn't go to a gym if I was paid money!! The greatest gift of all, though,is I wake up every day happy, looking forward to whatever may be waiting. I am gardening, taking long walks with our dog, and trying all kinds of new things I wouldn't even have thought to attempt two years ago. Dr. Clark and the staff at WLSC, including the nutritionist, the psychologist and the nurse practioner, have given me a new life; I feel I was reborn on Aug. 20th. I will never go back to where I was, life is just too good now!!

I would reccomed gastric bypass to anyone! I saw my first nutritionist at age 7 and struggled with diets and weight my entire life. My social life was non existent and I reached the point of not wanting to leave my house or even live. I lost over a hundred pounds the first year after surgery. A new life began the day of my surgery and has only gotten better!

I am so thankful for the chance to get my life back. Dr Clark gave me that chance and to me he is very special. I was at 244 pounds and within 10 months I was down to 131 pounds. It has been 3 years and I still feel great. My blood sugar is very good as is my blood pressure. If I had not had this surgery there is no telling how I would be feeling or where I would be. Now my son just had his surgery 2 weeks ago and is doing great.
