| I need help getting back on track. I had gastic bypass March 2005. I initially lost 88 pounds, but I was aiming for 100. I have since gained 13 pounds back that I can't loose. That's probably because I have seriously gotten off track with my eating. I have tried to go back to the beginning, but I am hungry all the time. I've also not gone back for a checkup in 2 years - I know that's very bad. What can I do nutrition wise to get back to eating right? Please help. |
